Given the world we’re currently in, employees are looking to their employers for greater honesty, authenticity and clarity, and more than ever want to see themselves in your employer brand. To define and deliver this effectively, there are many obstacles that get in the way. Some of them you’ve already got covered; some are unfounded and unhelpful; some of them are about process; some of them are about messaging; some of them are about design; and some of them are about relevance, reach and accessibility. None of them are insurmountable.
