We know our people work hard for us and we want to look after them. We think we have much to be grateful for and want us all as a business to give back. We believe wellbeing is central to working effectively and happily.
We’re individuals and very much one team. This is because we have a shared view about how we should act to make Frank, Bright & Abel great to work for and with.
We say what we think and care about how it lands with people. We want people to be themselves and part of the team. We earn the respect to advise clients on what they need, as well as what they want.
We’re optimistic and ambitious, for our clients and ourselves. We think rather than use formulas. We don’t see the boundaries between strategy, creativity and delivery. It’s all communication.
We dot every ‘i’ and cross every ‘t’. We’re not jobsworths and nothing’s too much trouble. We know a job’s not done if it’s not done well.
We believe in difference. We recognise, accept and celebrate what makes each one of us, ‘us’. Like most organisations, we do not yet reflect all the differences of the world. It’s a work in progress with a clear plan.
We believe embracing the differences in who we are, where we’ve come from and how we see the world, spark better outcomes and a better journey getting there. We socialise regularly throughout the year and whether it’s awards or birthdays, we socialise too.
We’re frequently recruiting across client management, design, strategy, digital, new business and finance / admin. Even when we’re not, we’re happy to hear from great people. We also accept people for internships and work experience each year.
