Your employer brand and EVP don’t exist in a vacuum. How you recruit, retain and develop people within your business, delivers on or undermines who you promise to be, to audiences outside your business. Employer brand and brand are inextricably linked. Or rather, they should be. With an ever-greater focus on the workplace and culture, aligning and getting the best out of them, is becoming more important and yet ever-more challenging to achieve.

So how can you align brand and employer brand when they may not be managed by the same people or developed at the same time? What’s the relationship between them – identical twins or close cousins? How can they also be effectively aligned to other crucial commitments such as inclusion and belonging? And how can you create something with cut-through and that stands the test of time?
