We’ll look practically at who your employer brand is for and therefore how to develop it to ensure it works for everyone. We’ll examine what your employer brand should look like and how it could, or should, relate to your corporate brand. We’ll examine tools, approaches and channels to ensure your employer brand reaches the people it needs to reach as well as ways to ensure you’re living it and evidencing it, giving it strength and substance. And if we have time, we’ll also include some examples of companies who are doing it well, and maybe some who aren’t.
