The Amos Bursary supports and mentors Britain’s talented young men of African and Caribbean heritage so they can fulfil their academic potential, excel in industry and give back to society. As part of their ten-year anniversary they were starting an ambitious fundraising plan. However, their brand did not reflect their goal, personality or dynamism.

The brand idea of ‘promoting excellence, shaping future leaders’ showcases the Bursary’s purpose and students together. Bold photography portrays students as full of life. A refreshed colour palette reflects the positive impact the bursary makes. A new wordmark creates confidence across all communication. The brand is vibrant and optimistic and helps change how black youths are often portrayed in the media.
