Challenge

Rotork keeps the world flowing for future generations. Since people are at the heart of this purpose, an employer brand and employee communications were required to reinforce what defines life and a career in the organisation – and why togetherness is so important.

Solution

We captured the need to work as one by adding to the purpose a simple addendum: ‘Together’. The DNA, behaviours and EVP now have a look and feel that draws on the core brand, adds the human face and a graphical style with the energy and dynamism of this market-leading global giant. This has been launched and brought to life across a range of communications that engage, embed and amplify. Reflecting that life at Rotork is as meaningful as their positive impact on the global mega-trends it seeks to influence.
