We developed the employer brand around ‘Belong. Excel.’ reflecting awareness that to excel, an environment must be fostered where people are supported and feel they truly belong. We captured an approach to DE&I that values everyone and what each of them brings, as ‘All in’. The visual brand, planning, launch and implementation have ensured the messages go much further than skin deep. Our broader brand architecture and messaging work have helped support an approach to the brand as strong and single-minded as the firm itself.
