As a leading, global law firm built for tomorrow, diversity and inclusion (D&I) matters to DLA Piper. And so it matters that D&I is shown as intrinsic and enduring – and not an add-on. So a communications approach was required to reflect their commitment and do so in a way that was absolutely embedded in and aligned to the brand as a whole.


One voice made of many’ reflects that DLA Piper knows that D&I isn’t just about giving everyone a voice and what they need to succeed and excel. It’s about harnessing differences for the better. The visual language uses abstract graphic patterns, photography and a connecting device to reflect the voices and different people working together – and thriving – in harmony.
