Challenge

The global law firm’s external GC {Re}Defined campaign had caused a stir, but internally the spark was missing. Partner and associate engagement was crucial in terms of starting conversations and garnering interest, and ultimately building momentum in preparation for the launch of research into the future of the GC. An internal marketing campaign was required to address the barriers and prompt engagement.

Solution

The ‘small actions, big outcome’ campaign highlighted that single, everyday actions demand little from the individual, but turn sparks into bangs. With bold illustration, the creative worked within but stood out from the brand guidelines. The single-minded messaging created urgency. The campaign plan and implementation spanned film animation, posters and giveaways with tips and reminders, creating an unprecedented success story.
