Challenge

Housing companies often provide substandard accommodation and services to local authorities and their vulnerable residents. The Housing Network is different. They know that by being proactive, doing things well and offering more than a home works, because by looking after residents, they look after local authorities too.

Solution

‘There for you with more than a roof’ sums up the Housing Network’s proposition and brand idea. The new logo incorporates a greater than symbol to reinforce this. The symbol rotates to create a roof which becomes a key graphic that wraps around individuals in photography to demonstrate the additional care and services the Housing Network provides. Photography is real and gritty to express the urgency of the situation vulnerable people find themselves in. This is all brought together on their website and via case studies to help facilitate marketing conversations with local authorities.
