Challenge

University of Leeds is a world-leading university. Despite this, recent changes to the sector have increased competition and made the UK less attractive for international students. They needed a three-year campaign identity that demonstrated why undergraduates, postgraduates or international students should choose to study at Leeds.

Solution

The breadth and depth available at the university mean their students become more rounded. The proposition ‘think beyond’ captures this and is symbolised by the ‘portal’ graphic device. Punchy copy and bold imagery invite students to go beyond the ordinary. The visual approach respects the existing brand but addmuch needed personality.
